Swampscott Police received a 911 call reporting a problem in a rock crusher at the Aggregate Industries facility at 30 Danvers Road.

James Turcotte, 63, of Danvers was pronounced deceased. Scott Dambrosio, 55, of Boxford was charged with OUI.

Vincent Cahalane, 36, and Mariah Lasalle, 23, both of Lawrence, were charged.
