Christopher Garcia of Lawrence suffered a single gunshot wound to the abdomen before he was pronounced deceased at Lawrence General Hospital.

The Lawrence Police Department received a series of 911 calls just before midnight, reporting shots fired and a man down in the area of 216 Walnut Street.

Martin Rodriguez, 67, was charged with the murder of 53-year-old Jose Burgos.

Tyrell Junior Berberena, 27, of Malden and Marcus Carlisle, 25, of Lynn were among four men originally arrested in the case.

Russell Davis, 70, of Seabrook, N.H., had offered to mentor young boys.

Investigators have learned through conversations with family and friends that Andrew Robinson was depressed and having trouble sleeping, and was seeking treatment for physical and mental health issues from medical professionals in the area.

Judy Church, 64, had previously been arraigned in Newburyport District Court after being arrested in December. She subsequently was indicted by a grand jury and arraigned in Salem Superior Court on a first-degree murder charge.

The deceased were identified as Andrew Robinson, his wife, Linda, and their son, Sebastian. The incident appears to be a tragic case of domestic violence and murder-suicide. Andrew Robinson died of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
